The location was absolutely perfect, at a short distance from Foreland Point. I had a delicious and hot breakfast with mixed berries jam and choice-including vegetarian options. It was a unique base for a couple of nights in the peaceful zone.

Welcoming staff and magnificent location down the costal path, everything was first-class. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Fernleigh as a reasonably priced base for a Lynton holiday stay as well as the cliff. Local fast food option Esplanade Fish Bar was 15 minutes walk away. Loved this pleasant overnight stay for 1 night.

The location of this place was great, with easy access to all the attractions in town. the parking area was also a plus, although it was a bit tight. the owner was friendly and gave us ideas for places to visit. the breakfasts were delicious and gave us enough energy for the day. the property itself was cozy and warm, which was perfect for our Christmas stay.
The room we stayed in was small, and the bed was not very comfortable. the cleanliness of the room was also lacking, with some areas not being properly cleaned.
